Shuttle service could’ve been faster. Had to call twice. Waited over an hour. Front desk said shuttle. Would be there in a few minutes. Never arrived. Took an Uber, which was there in four minutes and got to the hotel. Seemed like shuttle service could’ve been way quicker as other hotels Had multiple different hotel shuttles go by never saw ours going.

The room is not kept up ! The bathroom counter had all cut marks on it , paint chipped on bathroom doors , old furniture , bed not comfortable. The breakfast was pitiful. They were not prepared for guests . At 9 am with another hr for breakfast there was no bagels , there was no butter , ran out of coffee and took awhile to replenish. I wouldn’t stay here ever again. The staff however was so kind.

The staff were excellent…friendly and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable (beds not so comfortable). Several restaurants and shopping were within walking distance making this a perfect place to spend two days when our flights had been cancelled due to weather up north. Breakfast not the greatest but it got our days started. Garden and pool area were very inviting. We’d definitely stay there again!
