Could use a major deep clean

Room was pretty dirty. Lots of dust built up around plug in covers & switches. Baseboards were very dusty & dirty. Carpets in room & hallways is very dirty & worn. The location is beautiful but the hotel could use a deep clean & facelift. Double beds are pretty small too. Guessing they’re double beds, definitely not queens.

Chose somewhere else

Shuttle did not pick pick us up at the airport. When I first called said 15 minutes called at 45 and they said another 15 minutes as they just left the hotel. We had to pay $25 for a Lyft. Wouldn’t let anyone check in early even if room are cleaned. You could pay 60 for a 10 am early check in or 30 for a 1:00 early check in but instead of telling people that, they said no rooms are completed being cleaned until 2:00. Never in my life have I ever had a hotel do this. Needless to say I cancelled my return stay with this hotel and changed to another for our rerun stay. Better luck to other people. I’d choose somewhere if I were you.

It took them an hour and a half to pick us up from the airport.... the fire alarm went of in our room about 7 AM... it took them more than 40 minutes to address the issue and that was after multiple requests....

I have stayed in other La Quinta hotels and was pleased with the service and accommodations. However, at this location I was a disappointed with what was in my room, a cockroach, I informed the staff personnel about the intruder. They told me they would get an exterminator to spray the room which didn’t resolve my stay at that time.

Not a great experience at all. Starting with the shuttle pick up. The person at the front desk should give you a bit of a heads up that it will be at least an hour before you see the bus. I would’ve just jumped into an Uber had I known it was going to take an hour and a half to get there. Hotel looks fine from the outside but it’s a complete dump inside. Very dirty and run down. I’ve never stayed in a hotel with double beds, brutal. Not even close to being worth what they charge you.

There was so much we wanted to love, but the room was disgusting. The size of the room was fantastic. We were not sure that the bathroom had been cleaned at all. It was gross. The rest of our experience was good!
