We got into our room quickly, which was nice. Buttt… you definitely get what you pay for. Small beds. Doors that don’t lock. Not very clean. Afternoon staff was rude, my daughter went & asked for pillows, and because someone called and asked for the same from another room. Their reply was “we already got your request we know” well that was the first time we asked so how would you know? Just bc she’s a teenager doesn’t mean you have to have an attitude. when I went up there, the same women was very cocky, replied back “we don’t have house keeping, so we have to fetch everything for you” oh ok? Well tell me where the room is, and I’ll go myself. Morning check in lady, was very friendly though!

Not terrible, as the room was clean and spacious. Lots of outside & inside noise, so not great sound proofing, and still lots of renos being done so much unfinished. Breakfast was just ok.

There is construction happening in the building, but my room was fine. Small issues: elevator in the front of the building not working. Returning late, not a lot of parking due to construction equipment in the parking lot.

Maybe someone can tell me why a security guard knocked on my door after I checked in at the front desk, showed my Id and was given my room key. I did what I was supposed to and should not be hassled by security when I am minding my own business in the room I paid for. I stay at a lot of hotels and this has never happened. This was not welcome.

The bed was comfortable and the hotel was easy enough to find. Staff was nice enough. The breakfast area was jam packed with people to the point where there was never any eggs. We tried once and it was empty, then tried again on the way out the door and there were some… until someone took a giant heaping plate full and cleared the tray. The creamer was also out. It seemed like the food was not being brought out anywhere near quickly enough for the amount of tourists this place attracts. The walls / door were paper thin and we could hear loud people in the hallway all night long, so it was a restless night. This will be a one and done, we won’t be back.
