The room was clean but very worn. The door was full of dents and quite difficult to open and close because it was not correctly aligned. Front desk staff was pleasant but housekeeping not so much. We had a late check out and they came by twice to clean prior to our check out time and were not polite at all and didn’t even try to hide their annoyance with us not being out when they thought we should, even though we let them know that the front desk had given us til noon.

The property smelled like urine. I left 2 hours after stay and the property manager advised he will refund the money. While showering the bathroom sewage got backed up, and came out on my fiance. I need compensation for this immediately. Could you kindly assist with it. I am waiting to receive my $200 back.
