The room smelled moldy, mildewy upon entry into room. The carpet was dirty, our white socks were black from walking on the carpet a few minutes, mold in the bathroom, in the morning, the clean towels were damp. My daughter is highly alergic to the mold and mildew environment and the little time we were in the room, she got sicker than she was and ended up going to the emergency room for trouble breathing. She had flu like symptoms but being in the room, excelled the problem and as a result, trouble breathing. I want a full refund back and i should go after you for the $100 er charge. We just stayed at LaQuinta for over 2 weeks, in Indiana and is was excellent, service, cleanliness and overall condition of the room and service. I have stayed in other LaQuinta hotels and the room was the worse. There was only a quarter roll of toilet paper in the bathroom with no back up. Thank you.

Very disappointed about the condition of this Laquita. It is in need is serious renovation and repair. The tub in our bathroom was well used that the porcelain was worn down to the metal. Grout was moldy. All the corners were damaged. Actually too much to list.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The bed sheets were DIRTY when we pulled them back. A clear hard “substances “ was on the sheets with hairs stuck to it!! The bath tub was so black on the bottom, toilet paper had mold on it, and a cockroach was in the bathroom. The whole hotel is very run down, old dirty carpet and wallpaper ripped and missing in many areas. Claims to be a smoke free hotel but the whole place stinks like cigarette smoke. Front desk was very unhelpful and when requested a new room was shown 4 and they all had issues including giving me the keys to a dirty (not cleaned by housekeeping) room! Do yourself a favour and do not book here. You would be better off sleeping in your car or a tent!

Good Stay

The staff was great, and the amenities were just right. However, the outside looks much better that the rooms. First walking into the room you could tell there were pets in there before. I don't have a problem with pets, but the smell was strong. The sink in our room did not drain well at all and the shower head barely spit out water. We slept well and the beds were comfortable. The temperature was easily adjusted to our liking. Check in and out was perfect.

The hotel itself was ok but we had so much noise on our floor ( first floor). It sounded like someone was slamming their door repeatedly. Apparently, the only person who spoke English was the receptionist who was very nice. I guess Americans have to learn Spanish in order to correspond with the hotel industry. I think it’s a disgrace.

I don’t normally cancel hotel stays, but this was one of the grossest places I’ve ever stayed at. There were gross stains on the sheets that would show up in a black light. Mold and dirt in the shower. Red stains on the carpet and mirror. Weirdos groaning at night. Our no smoke room reeked of cigarette smoke. Don’t chance it because it’s cheap. It’s not worth it.

It was an awful experience. The hotel is filthy, completely worn down, and smells bad throughout the property. The room was unclean, with visible dirt and stains, and the furnishings were outdated and in terrible condition. The entire place felt neglected and poorly maintained. It was so bad that I would have been better off staying at a cheap motel. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! NO ROOM SERVICE. HOTEL WAS OLD AND RUN DOWN. MY ROOM WAS VERY MOLDY AND DIRTY I GOT SICK. THE BEDDING WAS VERY NASTY AND DIRTY. THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST. JUST BREAD.AND TEA. THIS WAS A WASTE OF MONEY. NEVER AGAIN.
