The staff is so unprofessional it’s crazy. They have no idea of what they are doing the my are so disorganized. The hotel is so clean and nice I wish the staff were more cohesive, organized and more professional.

We pulled up to the front doors and were immediately told we had to move our car and could not even go in to check in without parking first. The front desk staff was somewhat friendly but did not offer any information about the property. The pillows on the bed were awful, flat, and no choice of firmness. There was no shower mat and one of our bath towels was stained. The bed was comfortable and my husband appreciated the TV size to watch football. Note that this hotel is right by the airport and it is very loud with planes taking off. We knew this going in but, just a note for other travelers.
