Great location as far as distance from the beach is concerned. However, the space was somewhat in disrepair and, looked nicer on the photos than it was in person. (Though, this is usually the case when booking something online.) the furniture is not currently arranged in the same way as the photographs in the listing.The neighborhood was “a little sketchy,” according to my eight-year-old. We went to the beach the first night and walked home after dark. We both decided not to walk in the area alone at night again. It wasn’t super well lit. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent. They were very clear about everything and timely.Clean towels, clean, bedding. My major issues with the space were mostly the lack of places to dispose of garbage outside of the unit. The bathroom sink was detaching from the wall and, when running the water, it would leak onto the floor.A little updating would go along way for this space. It served its purpose as a place for us to sleep and make breakfast. We appreciated the kitchen appliances.
