If I could give no stars I would. Place was ran down, the place was nothing but drug addicts hanging around outside. Definitely don’t waste money here

Brianna was so friendly and amazing at the front desk! She helped me find a room to accommodate my mold allergy. We went to 4 different rooms. Unfortunately there was mold in the room. I stayed that night and asked for a refund the remaining days but it was against the policy. But thankfully Brianna relayed the message to the manager of my health condition and the manager Griselda sorry if I got your name incorrect. She was also very friendly and helpful! For this reason I give them 5 stars because they are very accommodating to their guest AND they are remodeling so with this approach with customers and the remodeling this motel 6 will succeed! Thank you so much for helping me girls!

The front desk was very nice but the hotel is not safe at all there is holes in the door and the room we were given the door doesn’t close! The smell and appearance of the property was disturbing! We can out of there so fast!

Tweakers every where Room smelled like cat pee My husband and son got bit up from the bedbugs. Change rooms and that was no better have a stray cat all night at door meowing. Just DIRTY FILTHY POOL LOOKED DIRTY. DONT GO HERE!!!!!!

First there were feral cats running around and could not get through the parking lot without stopping to avoid hitting one. Trash was everywhere in the property except in the room. Then had to ask a family living on the property under the stairs to move so I could go up the stairs. The room did not look horrible but it smelled awful. In the 10 min I was there a drugged out person stumbled out of the room. I did not feel safe with my 11 year old in this hotel so I ran out of there to another hotel. I would recommend you to stay far away unless you want a place to do drugs and play with feral cats.

Front desk staff awesome other then the manger man he rude pool closes before 7:00 most other hotels pool closes at 8:00. Rooms r horrible they smell smoky walls was dirty. Key card kept not working dogs barking thru the night from other people rooms. I wouldn’t recommend unless it’s the only hotel available and I stil would tel you to keep going pass this one. Staff was very nice but the room need to be updated no ice machine just sad yes they hve roaches I was so not happy

Room didn’t have pillows and smelled very bad. Then we switched room, this one doesn’t have any towels, the faucet doesn’t work, the washroom door is hanging and broken, the tv turned off by itself at the middle of the night and won’t turn off. Horrible experience. Hotels.com should take this property out of their list.

The room was definitely THE WORST that I have ever experienced in a Motel 6 or any other motel in which I've stayed. Every piece of exposed metal was rusted, including desk chair and the bathroom door frame. The 'knobs' were missing from the toilet seat and the toilet tissue holder was broke so that the roll had to be balanced on the handicap bar or left on the back of the commode. The mattress was set unsecured on a platform so that every time I got into or out of bed it moved about a foot, depending on my motion. The TV antenna was an exposed wire that was sticking about 2 feet out of the side and into the room. The bathtub was grungy and had missing pieces of porcelain and the sink was missing a stopper. The property itself was trashy and both ice machines were out of order. When I inquired about ice I was told 'the manager has gone to get some' but I never saw it. Overall it was a disappointing stay to say the least; that old adage about getting what you pay for was proven false in this case as I paid a lot more than what I received.

This is a really run down hotel. The beds were comfortable and clean. The sink was clean. Nice large TV. These were only reason we stayed the night. The AC was so loud that we could not run it. The shower was gross - we did not shower. The headboard on the bed was broken. Our nightstand had been broken off and the screws were still sticking out of the wall. They allow dogs and though they say they have a strict "quiet night" policy, someone's small dog barked non-stop until 3:30 am. It was close to the airport snd cruise port was our only reason we even stayed overnight. Stay away from this one!

I called early in the week, confirmed the reservation and told the lady who answered we would be after midnight checking in because of our late flight. When we arrived at the motel, we were told we did not have a reservation or a room. So now it’s 1 o’clock in the morning and we have nowhere to go. Everything else is booked up thus making a very difficult . Worst experience ever. Finally found something about 330 and were able to get to sleep by 4 AM. There was also quite a few other people standing around, trying to figure out what to do because they were in the same situation. Created a very difficult hardship!

Poorly maintained buildings. Excessive drug activity. TV is the only amenity in the room I had. Showerhead literally dangling. No refrigerator or microwave in room. No ice machines. Lots of pitbulls. In fact, one room housed 3 human adults, 3 pits with 3 puppies. Problems aren't solved. Just excuses given. Corporate does not respond. Pretty sure the corporate number goes straight to the motel manager. I am very disappointed that Motel 6 corporate allows their name brand to be associated with this s...hole!
