The two female front desk staff were not very friendly and stood behind two giant computer screens so you didn’t even see their face when they spoke to you. The manager later in the day was very nice and was much more helpful. The location is incredible, the view from my room was amazing but the room itself is extremely outdated. If you are looking for a great beach location this is your spot, just keep looking out the window.

This place is ran by some of the rudest people you’ll ever come across in the hospitality business. My family of 7 arrived here after a long day of traveling at around 2:30am. When I went to the front desk i immediately knew it wasn’t going To be good based on the facial expressions the gentleman was making when I told him I had two rooms reserved. Long story short, don’t rent their penthouse suite that they describe on their site as “apartment style with two bathrooms and sleeps 7”. When we got to the room, which I paid double the amount of the other room I had which had 2 full beds, we were surprised to find the room had one very small bathroom, and only 2 FULL BEDS! Upset, I hurried back down to the office because he said he closed at 3am, only to get to the bottom of the steps and step in a homeless persons crap! That really set me off. When I get down there, obviously feeling lied to, I told him we need switched into another room so we can go to bed, and he proceeds to tell me I had to wait till 9am when the manager got there. He wouldn’t do anything for me. Needless to say, we left there, I filed a dispute with this place and we stayed at Margaritaville for 4 times the amount of money, but had the best vacation we ever have had. Stay away from this place at all costs!

Perfectly located on the beach!

Great room right on the beach!! Room lacks in a few amenities but the view of the beach makes up for it. Bathroom has no shelves for belongings. There are no kleenex or papertowels eventhough there is a full kitchen. Staff for the most part is great! Check in staff is friendly and accomodating. Security staff is amazing! The lady at the breakfast area is excellent at her job. You better not grab more than one yogurt or you will get a scolding from her! Overall our stay was great due to the location!

Not super high standards… but clean.

Our Lyft dropped us off with our bags at the address of the hotel to find it was not where check in happens. So one location checks in all 5 of the hotels owned by the same company. Not a quick or pleasant process. Then we get to our close to the ocean room excited to just be there. It’s so disgusting! No refunds. We wore sandals the entire time and couldn’t use the shower. Literally showered on the beach with the after ocean showers. It was both gross and comical. The location is amazing. And we were trying to figure out how this is possible to run a place this gross; you probably can’t be sober to stay there semi-comfortably. Or can’t be paying $300 a night. Camping would have felt cleaner- and I am not a camper. Go to the Marriott. We almost did for the second night. Just go somewhere else from the start! It’s a beautiful location but this is not where you want to stay.

I would suggest on the check in date to have kitchen essentials already in the room for the guests. I was charged a $245 cleaning fee, and the room was never cleaned while we were there. We were at the beach. The floor was covered in sand by the time we left. I won’t be staying there again.

Do not stay!!! Renovation next door until after 7pm with pounding. No water for 6 hours with no notice. Toilet and showerhead leaked with every use. Woke up to a pile of human feces in our courtyard exit which took staff 3 hours to clean. Disgusting experience.
