This property is a single-family dwelling in a safe, established residential, family oriented neighborhood. With respect for our neighbors, the homes are not available for parties or group gatherings of any kind. This property is intended for families & mature adults. We do not rent to under 25 year old or college groups.

Perfect Pompano Beach getaway with resort style pool area. Newly renovated open and spacious home has three bedrooms, two baths and a heated saltwater pool. It’s a great place for your family and friends to escape! This home has five entry ways to the pool because your backyard is property of its own! The large deck consists of: screened heated pool, Wifi Integrated 55 " Smart TV, endless choices with multiple seating areas throughout the pool area. Gas grill in garden area ready for use.

An enclosure helps to keep the mosquitoes away which makes for a much nicer outside experience. The front of the house also has a beautiful private sitting area for your enjoyment.

The home is full of updated amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, in-home laundry facility, cable/free Wi-Fi and open living space with fireplace and formal dining area.

-Master bedroom has a king size bed, its own private bathroom, flat screen TV and access to the pool.
-Second bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and access to the pool.
-Third bedroom has two full beds and flat screen TV.

Our home is only a 5-7 minute drive to the Pompano Beach and Lauderdale by the sea beach. It is a very convenient location within walking/bicycle distance to some restaurants and stores.

We are only 20 minuets away from Fort Lauderdale airport!

Pompano Beach is filled with entertainment for all!
Close to waterfront dining, nightlife, golf courses, shopping, sport facilities, theaters, casinos, marinas and beach access.
Get the best of both worlds with this location being 15-20 minutes via car to Fort Lauderdale beaches, beautiful Las Olas Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Mizner Park in downtown Boca Raton with incredible shopping, restaurants and movies at the onsite cinema and 10 minutes to Deerfield Beach.

Please note that our house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. To respect our neighbors we kindly ask to refrain from loud outside noise and music after 10pm. Please keep this in consideration as you plan your trip. We want to continue to be good neighbors and be able to open our house for your enjoyment.

To make your stay even more comfortable/enjoyable we provide bicycles and some beach accessories, beach chairs, umbrella, towels and cooler.

Truly a home away from home.

Everything we love about South Florida all in one package.The pool was definitely the highlight of the stay. Plenty of options for privacy when outside. Very quiet neighborhood with restaurant and shopping nearby including 5 min drive to Publix and Walmart.In a nutshell, we cannot wait to stay again. 10/10

I had concerns that there were no handggars on the steps going down into the pool. Nothing to hang on to. Seems like a safety problem. Out group where all over 70 and had difficulty getting in and out of the pool. Other that the pool was very nice

Cousins Trip

Very enjoyable home and location. Loved the screened in pool and outdoor area. Kitchen is a great open space with easy access from the pool. Private king bedroom and bath was a plus. Great neighborhood for morning walks. Beautiful sunrises. Everything you could ask for while relaxing with family for a week!

It was great to take a short drive to the beach in the morning and come back to the pool in the afternoon. The pool area was very private and enjoyable. Nice setup for visitors too with two more bedrooms and a second bath.

Pompano Beach

The house was as listed and worked out great for 4 of us. There was plenty of room, house was clean and updated, and the heated pool was excellent! It was a 5 minute drive to Pompano Beach pier, beach, restaurants. It was a 3 minute drive to pickleball and tennis courts at the community park. Suggestions for improvement would be to label the light switches in the house, provide more towels, and communicate check in information 24-48 hours in advance. We would stay at this property again.

Great property for 3 couples!

What a fantastic property for our group of 6 adults! The house exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We especially loved the clean and warm pool and spent every evening sitting on the lanai socializing, enjoying our meals and watching tv. The beds were also very comfortable (this is usually where most vrbo properties lack). The owner was responsive and accommodating and I would recommend this property for anyone wishing to stay in the Pompano Beach/Fort Lauderdale area. I would absolutely stay here again.

A wonderful home!

We really loved our time at this terrific home. Beds and furniture are comfortable, plenty of closets and cabinets, fully equipped kitchen — and best all the screened in pool and patio! Really delightful. Very private. And part of patio is covered so you can even sit outside if it’s raining (which we did) House was spotless, check in was very easy, and communications with owner were great. Location is great with quick access to beaches and restaurants etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect ending to the summer

Great getaway for 2 adult couples. Host done a great job with property renovations and was very accessible to enjoy we had a great stay. Perfect Florida Getaway

This place is awesome! Had everything we needed for a week’s stay with our kids 16, 8, 6. The spaces were comfortable and everything was clean. The pool and outside areas were great, especially nice with the pool enclosure. The only thing I could say is that I wished there were ceiling fans under the covered porch. Would’ve made a huge difference. The house had 5 beach chairs and additional camp style chairs which we used a lot. The location of the property was perfect, close to everything! The hosts were amazing, meeting us at the property upon check in and extremely responsive via text with any questions. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!!

Our stay at this location was as expected based on all of the other reviews. Cons: floors really need a deep clean; not all windows had curtains or shades-neighbors light shines right in the kitchen and master bath; double bedroom hears the traffic at night; Nest thermostat was a pain to deal with, but we figured it out. Pros: Hosts are incredibly responsive and friendly; home is very spacious and lovely decor; back yard and pool were clean and private; pool and beach gear and towels provided; toiletries provided; very clean linens; kitchen is well stocked for cooking; high capacity washer/dryer was nice; location is near several food options and a short drive to the beach. Publix and Walmart are less than 5 minutes away.

Clean home and great location

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay at Marina & Igor's property. The house was clean and we loved how each of the rooms opened up to the gorgeous pool. Even though it was cool a few of the days, the kids really enjoyed the warm pool and watching the outdoor TV. Great space, would definitely stay here again.
