I was disappointed that your photos did not accurately represent the property. Please take a look at the tidiness of the front door, this is a clients’ first impression. Your photo of the charming deck was not what we saw when we arrived. Your kitchen was awesome, well appointed and tidy. The living room furniture was decades old and uncomfortable. Not sure where 6 people could sit. Rugs in the bathrooms were not freshly changed and your blue towels need replacement as they are very old and fraying.The location is heavenly. Perfect. With a few improvements you would have a 5 star property all around. Clients are looking for location and there is nothing to improve there.Thank you for your great communication too!Joan

Our stay was great: exceptionally clean and well-maintained with a good kitchen. It's close to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and the beach, but just far enough off the main drag to be quiet and peaceful.

Apartment is about a 7-10 minute walk to to the beach. It's not luxurious and it's a little basic, but in a cool neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants. Great communication with host.

The house was in an excellent location for us. We brought friends and our dog (which is why we chose this particular house). We did notice that the body wash in both bathrooms was very “watery”, as if water was added to it to make it last longer. Other than that, no complaints.

We stayed for six nights and it was perfect. While other members of our wonderful group, who came for the celebration, stayed at a hotel and had to unfortunately deal with elevators, noise and air conditioners, we were gratefully able to end each evening by coming back to our calm, peaceful, and perfect VRBO. It was so nice to enjoy the landscaping, the convenient location to everything, and a day at the beach. Thank you! We will be back.

The location is great as everything (restaurants, bars, shopping etc,) is only a few minutes walk away but yet is located in a quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms are both a good size, iot has a nice size kitchen with an island to eat at or you can use the dining table. The TV in the living room has cable tv provided so you can watch local news or sports. One of the bedrooms has a smart TV. We had a great time staying here

Great walkable location close to restaurants and LBTS. Property was clean and has everything necessary. My only issue were the beds and couch. Mattresses are not comfortable and the couch needs to be replaced with much more updated model. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here. Just needs to be made more comfortable.

Location is perfect- a 5 minute walk to downtown and the beach so you get both a quiet place to stay and easy access to all the area has to offer. The house is fully stocked with everything needed and was spotless. Winston was easy to contact and very helpful.

Walk to beach and restaurants

Loved the location in Lauderdale at the Sea. It was truly wonderful to be able to stroll to so many kinds of restaurants and the beach. The city is so beautiful with color and light. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The full sized laundry was a great perk. We sat outside with coffee every morning. And listened to the birds and enjoyed the gardens.

Great place and an even better host

I'm so glad I found this property. It's a one level duplex on a nice corner lot. It has a homey, cozy feel to it. Beach is a 5 minute walk and Publix 12 minutes. I enjoyed my stay so much I ended up staying another week in the other unit as mine was booked for the following week. The property has great landscaping with mango trees (ripe in summer), tons of aloe plants and some other edible plants the host Winston will be glad to show you. Winston was an incredible host, going out of his way to please you. I will definitely be back.

Amazing-we cant wait to come back

The property is an 8 min walk to the beach. There is also a kids playing only 4 min walk. The restaurants are so so close and go from super casual walk in pizza to nicer places. Alot of family friendly places. We found the beach was much less crowded if you go to the right of the pier. Host was quick yo respond and allowed an early check in which we appreciated. House was cool and clean. Ac works great. No complaints at all. Exactly what we wanted from a beach vacation

A great find. We went to visit family in Ft Lauderdale and took advantage of its beach-side location. This rental was an unexpected wonderful surprise. Beyond comfortable. A great privacy porch in a busy town. A caring giving owner that is the reason this place is good as it is. I cant imagine anyone not loving it.
