To begin with, the check‑in instructions were incorrect — the access codes I received didn’t work, and I had to call multiple times before I could get into the unit, which is accessed through a parking lot and across some bushes. Once inside, the reality was a complete shock: the space looked nothing like the photos. There was a strong, moldy smell, the cups in the cupboard were visibly dirty, and a large cockroach was wandering around the unit. I barely slept — on the first night there were people shouting and fighting nearby, and on the second night the occupants above were extremely noisy so again no sleep. The unit offers no sound insulation whatsoever, so I could hear every sound from all directions. After more than 15 years of traveling around the world, this is without a doubt the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. It shouldn’t even be listed on this platform. If you want a shorter version or a more formal/concise style, just let me know.

Parking is not readily available as advertised. The customer support is absolutely worthless and won’t return your call even though they say they will or actually do a single thing to help their guest that is staying there for work and just wants to be able to park after working 15+ hours and go to bed. The fire extinguisher in the room hasn’t been serviced in 4 years (they are supposed to be serviced every 6 months). They don’t even give you washcloths for the bathroom. I would never stay here again and I am in this area a lot staying at properties for weeks at a time for work and will gladly choose anywhere else but here.

The hair dryer almost caught on fire. No cups for coffee. There were also shady characters hanging out in the parking lot and pool area late at night into the early morning.

I would have given a better review if I had more help. I stayed in a moldy. I’m severely allergic.The room was beyond neglected. Visible black mold on kitchenette ceiling and in the bathroom.
