Yes clean room however a little confused on finding the room. We walked in the entrance with the higher number rooms and at night had trouble finding room #1 but eventually found it. After that everything else was terrific

We stayed on the coldest day of the year and the best didn’t work. Spoke to another guest the next morning and their heat didn’t work either. Well kept grounds and clean but very small bathroom and shower. Noise from sirens and fast cars all night long.

If you need something after 8pm there is no one to contact. We arrived after 8pm and received a welcome text that we could respond to if we needed anything. There was a strong artificial chemical odor in the room, barely warm water and the shower drain gurgled when the sink was turned on, therefore we did not shower. The bed was lumpy. Despite texting and email the contact numbers we did not get a response until after we checked out the next day. I was not aware of the total contactless situation when we booked. It would have been nice to know as we were arriving “after hours”. Will not book here again.

Our room was very clean all the amenities listed were available. The only issue was there was very slow water pressure to take a shower. The room was ready at 3pm as promised. The hotel was in good vicinity to food and pharmacy stores. Great location to stay for an overnight to a cruise out of Port Everglades.

This is a perfect spot for overnighting before your cruise or flight. Gaining entry was easy and well explained in several messages via text and email. Only down side was our fridge was leaking i think from the freezer, but nothing that wasn’t manageable. Would definitely recommend for a quick over night or two day stop.
