This awesome unit is close to all the great restaurants and bars on Fort Lauderdale Beach. Also, just a couple of minutes from Las Olas Blvd shopping and many bars, restaurants and major shopping. The space This unique apartment is a corner unit of this quintessential Florida building.
As you walk in through the private entrance you'll see everything you need to have a great stay. The unit is on the ground floor, no waiting for elevators, no stairs to climb.

The guest has 100% private access to this unit. Unit is part of a small building 1.5 blocks from the beach.

IMPORTANT: Please park within the lines of parking spot H. Condo board is strict about this.
Some pets allowed - There is a $150 pet fee if you travel with one pet, and $250 for two or more pets.
