The front desk Teria was amazing checked us in and out I also asked about staying in bungalow and we were able. We love staying at the Plunge this is are 5th time.Love the beach, pool and having a beach bar with food was awesome. We stay here alway now during football season. Rooms are alway clean so many other things that are great here. FINS^UP

Great breakfast space and menu. . Pillows seemed to slip in a gap between the headboard and the mattress. Beds were very comfy though. Staff was great, friendly!

Plunge resort.

All in all was great. The rooms were clean and good sized. Beds were comfortable. Pool was spotless too. Cons: No microwave or coffee maker in the rooms. Never been to a resort that didn’t have that in the rooms. No ice machine on any of the floors in our building. Had to go to the bar to fill our cups with ice. Staff were pleasant and extremely pleasant.

This is our third time staying at this hotel. Very friendly service, very comfortable beds, and great drinks at the bar. We really enjoyed our stay. The bars are within walking distance, and Pompano Beach is a 15-minute bike ride away. We highly recommend it!

I I stayed last Friday and Saturday at plunge resort unfortunately there were German cockroaches in our room the first night they did move us to another room but I feel I should be reimbursed for the resort fees or some part of this vacation.. I took the risk of bringing roaches into my home and that's not what vacation is supposed to be about

The pool was very nice and inviting, loved the beachside restaurant/bar. Good location. Check in staff wasn’t friendly at all. However the hotel is old and worn, desperately needs updating. No coffee makers in the rooms, you have to go to the on-site restaurant and it isn’t free! Everything is Ala cart! The worst part is the resort fee is $49 a night and parking is $25 a night! So what ever you see on the room prices..,. Just add $75 per night! I won’t be back.

Plunge Resort was a great place to stay! We really recommend this to anyone. Be aware of the $44 daily resort fee and $25 daily parking fee.

maintenance problem with beach front room. Keifer VERY helpful. Offered a bungalow or a 2 bedroom suite for same price, breakfast free ticket, free parking, bottled water, didn't have to pay resort fee. We were so disappointed about not having beach front room, but Keifer went overboard to make our trip enjoyable. Our suite was two buildings back from the beach. Thanks, Keifer. Say safe......
