Exactly as advertised. Hosts were super-fast communicators. I cook a lot and thought the kitchen was perfectly stocked with all that I needed. We didn’t use any of the beach supplies, but loved that each room had two clean beach towels. I wasn’t sure how the fan worked in one room and their maintenance guy, aptly named Guy came right over and showed me. He was great and checked out one other appliance I had a question about how to use. He also filled me in about local nesting sea turtles. Just a great Guy!

Host was unable to accommodate because we had no heat for the first 4 days of our trip and this heating issue was very uncomfortable. I requested compensation for our inconvenience sans a waiting to hear back. The unit amenities were good and overall the unit was to our expectation

The host was welcoming and responsive and the unit was very nice. Some items in the condo were disappointing and are something the owner can take care of inexpensively. The kitchen is very large with a lot space and work areas, however, it lacked a variety of standard trays, pans & utensils if you plan on doing some cooking for a larger group. No baking sheets, no tongs, very small cutting board, broken can opener and only 2 dish towels to name a few things. It would also be a good idea to provide some tupperware for your guests, inexpensive but very useful. The unit is situated on a main road and the balcony is extremely loud and not pleasurable to enjoy just a quiet moment with a coffee in the morning. The photos show many items in the garage for your use. However, the bikes had no air in the tires, we borrowed a neighbours pump in order to inflate them since there was not pump. 2 of the 3 beach umbrellas were broken. Although a stroller is not listed, it is shown in the photos but it was not there. We were considering not bringing a stroller for our granddaugher when the host confirmed that is was appropriate for a 6 month old...lucky we brought one. The unit is accessable from the lower level only so there are a lot of stairs to go up to both the first floor and second floor bedrooms, something to consider if you have difficulty climbing stairs.It's a great location and just a short walk to a the beautiful beach.

Beautiful property

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was as described and convenient location to the beach as well as getting to Ft. Lauderdale. I would highly recommend renting this if you are in the area.
