The Space:

This townhouse is located in Las Olas, Fort Lauderdale and it is 5 minutes by car from Fort Lauderdale Beach. The luxurious and immaculate interior of this home will allow you to enjoy an upscale design within a very comfortable space. The floor plan allows for up to 6 people to stay in this property. Two people per bedroom plus an additional futon on the common living area.



The bright and sheek design of our home, coupled with full amenities and full service will make you feel like you have escaped to a beautiful oasis for as long as you choose to stay with us. The two bedrooms are located on the second floor and share a bathroom.



We Love to host our guests! But we don't love to host guests that will cause problems. Please read the rules in order to make sure our place is a right fit based on your plans.



RULES

-No Smoking inside the home. Please do so outside

-No parties, events of any kind, loud music or excessive noise ever.

All Guests must comply with the noise ordinance imposed by Broward County that states there shall be no outside noise from 10:00pm - 7am.

Any violations of this will result in the guest's removal without any refunds.

-Pets must be approved by host

-List all guest staying at the property. No extra guests or visitors are

allowed at the property unless previously authorized

-Please advise if you will be having any vehicles.

-When booking this home, you are agreeing to keep the noise levels outside to a minimum throughout the day up until 10:00pm, and no noise at all after 10:00pm. Additionally, the noise levels in the interior should be at a level that does not disturb surrounding neighbors and guests.

-Please treat our home better than you would treat yours. :)



Guest Access:

Guests have full and private access to the entire property. Access is via a coded door lock. The code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.



Guest have access to one parking space which fits two regular size cars one in front of the other.

Hendricks Isle is an upscale, waterfront neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale, just off Las Olas Boulevard. Known for its luxury condos and townhomes, many with private docks, it offers a peaceful atmosphere close to the vibrant shops, restaurants, and beaches of Las Olas. It's a boater's paradise with easy Intracoastal access.



Getting Around:

Getting around from Hendricks Isle is convenient and offers a variety of options:
