Paddle boards are strictly for use in the canal only.NEVER IN THE POOL.
For your safety, please use the small ladder located on the right side of the dock when entering or exiting the water.
Quiet hours strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am, every day.
Exterior security cameras and noise-monitoring system (decibel-only; no audio recording)
