I tried to stay today at this place, and they stole $50 from me. Looking for Reeses to stay with the deposit the day before We I would have and I have a a cigarette card which we left in the room. But we never slept sleep We smoke there. The lie they wanted to just stay with the deposit. I didn’t like the way they treat me.

Could not even stay at this resort, the customer support from the front desk to the look of the hotel was one of the worst experiences i've ever experienced in my entire life. The photo of this beautiful pool is NOTHING like what the resort looked like. The front desk would not let us check in one min sooner, or even place our bags with the front desk. The rudeness of the person I had spoken with at the front desk was like something I had never experienced. Also, the room they were having us stay at was 4 blocks away from the pool, the main motel, or any of the items listed on the room. I would avoid this Motel as much as possible!

Overall room condition was good. My stay started out very disgraceful after being insulted by a young lady at the Federal Highway office. However I went over to the other office a few blocks where the Manager sorted out everything professionally. Nice place but the staff lack customer service training.
