The unit looked like the photos, but the cleanliness was a major issue. The floors were so dirty that walking barefoot left our feet completely black within minutes—we had to wear shoes indoors the entire time. I even had to buy my own mop and cleaning supplies to make it bearable. On top of that, every time I tried to use the oven, it filled the whole place with smoke and set off the alarms, which was frustrating since the ability to cook was one of the main reasons I booked the unit.I also had a poor experience trying to rebook. While the process started off smoothly, just hours before check-in, they suddenly added a 350 deposit fee. This wasn’t required during my first stay, and when I asked about it, I was told it only applies to certain listings. That kind of inconsistency and lack of transparency was disappointing.I had considered staying again despite the cleaning and oven issues, but with the added fees, it just isn’t worth it. For the price, you’re better off booking a hotel. I feel like I was charged unfairly and without warning.
