Guest Access:

Three (3) parking spaces in circular driveway on the property. Please do NOT park or block the sidewalk or park on the street. Violators may be subject to fines and/or towed. The garage is NOT available for guest parking as it is reserved for cleaning supplies and storage use. However, guests may enter the garage from the interior of the property to access the laundry washer and dryer.



The Neighborhood:

UPSCALE, QUIET, BEAUTIFUL neighborhood full of landscaping called Hollywood Hills. The neighborhood is conveniently located, close to the world-famous white-sand Hollywood Beach and Seminole Hard Rock GUITAR Hotel & Casino, Hard Rock Stadium, and many more tourist attractions. <20 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale (FLL) airport. Close to Starbucks, Target, Publix grocery store, banks, shipping, and tons of shopping and restaurants.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around the city is driving. We offer FREE Onsite Parking: Your vacation home has a circular driveway to park up to 3 cars. PLEASE DO NOT park in the garage, streets, grass, sidewalks. The garage is reserved for storage purposes.



Uber / Lyft app-based car services are available in City of Hollywood.



Valet parking on the beach at any of the restaurants is four dollars for the entire day. There is also street parking and a public parking garage just over the Hollywood bridge for $1.50 per hour. You can download an app called PayByPhone (free for iPhone and Android phones) to pay for public street parking. The city of Hollywood also provides complimentary pick-up and drop-off golf cart services once you're parked in the Hollywood Beach area. ① QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD

The property is located in an extremely quiet upscale residential neighborhood within the City of Hollywood. Guests must be considerate of neighbors at all times. No loud noise at any time. No noise outside or in the backyard is permitted after 10 pm. The pool deck is close between 10pm - 7am. *****ANY DISTURBANCE / COMPLAINTS WILL RESULT IMMEDIATE CANCELLATIONS ON SITE WITH NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.*****

② LOUD NOISE / NOISE DETECTION DEVICES

Unreasonably loud noise is strictly prohibited. Per the City of Hollywood, third-party noise level devices are installed on-site. The noise level detection devices DO NOT record any conversations and only measure decibel levels and the number of iOS devices in the property. Any noise above 75 decibels (db) for more than 10 minutes will trigger an alarm that will automatically notify the property owner / guests (through autocall, and flash and sound alerts), which may result in immediate cancellation of your booking with no refunds.

③ SECURITY CAMERA DEVICES ON PREMISE:

Three (3) exterior video cameras are installed on the property for security and safety reasons. No security cameras are located inside the property. We reserve the right to use the camera footage at any time.



***Location of video cameras: 1) ring doorbell at the front entrance, 2) 1 security camera above the garage door, 3) 1 security camera in the backyard.***

④ REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY:

Only registered guests up to 8 adults (including children) are permitted to enter and/or reside on the property. Guests are required to provide their full names, including Children. No outside visitors are allowed. No exceptions. Each additional guest will incur (at least) $100 per person per day additional fee.

⑤ NO SMOKING / VAPING:

Please no smoking / vaping (or equivalent) in the house, including the pool, patio, backyard areas. If you wish to smoke or vape, please kindly step outside of the property. For the avoidance of doubt, this property is also NOT 420-friendly. Additional cleaning fee of (at least) $500 for violation of non-smoking rules apply.

⑥ SERVICE SCHEDULES:

To provide ultimate comfort experience, we have professionals maintaining the property, which may appear at the property during your stay.

- Pool services: weekly, may change subject to scheduling

- Lawn services: every month

- Turnover cleaning services: 11am on check-out day

- City garbage services: every Monday, Thursday mornings (please place any trash bags out the night before service in GRAY bins located in the backyard behind the white fenced door)

- City recycling services: every Thursday morning (please place any recycling bags out the night before service in BLUE bins located in the backyard behind the white fenced door)

⑦ NO TOLERANCE / IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION / NO REFUND POLICY:

VIOLATIONS OF HOUSE RULES WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION ON SITE. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

⑧ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:



Check-In @ 4:00 pm ET – Early check-in can be requested for an additional fee, subject to availability. We will endeavor to accommodate any requests as much as possible, but guests should understand early check-in or late check-out is typically not available. If it is available, fees may apply.



Check-Out @ 11:00 am ET – Late check-out fees ($100 per hour) apply and are enforced after 11:00 am.

Airbnb platform messages are the best way to get in touch with me if you need anything during your stay. We usually respond pretty fast (5-15 minutes) in reasonable time.
