From the staff, only the girls at the reception greeted and helped, also in the kitchen a very kind woman helped us with waffles, the rest of the staff did not even say hello in return.

The hotel was fairly good. However , I expected more for breakfast - not just waffles, toast and whatever goes with these- butter, jams, syrup, whipped cream etc. That said, he hotel has coffee / tea station that is available all day and there is the free airport shuttle. It is close to a bus stop (#12 Bus), there is a Walgreens and Walmart and other places to eat nearby. For shopping there is the Oakwood Plaza that is about 15 mins away by bus. For a bigger mall the Aventura Mall is very big and you need a transfer from the 12 to the 1. All in all I might stay here again because I know how to get around and there was a fridge and microwave in the room.
