The room was very dated and somewhat dirty with stained couch cushions and dirty pull out bed mattress. Luckily we didn't stay long as it was just a place to sleep before leaving for our cruise. However, breakfast was included, which helped us to eat quickly before leaving.

The room was clean. the shower curtain smells awful. There were small cockroaches. The manager seems really nice and accommodating. The shuttle drivers were very nice. The front desk ladies didn’t really offer help but they were ok. Walmart is across the street and walgreens is beside the hotel which are really convinient. I

The room and bathroom was clean. The check in process was pleasant. Staff were fabulous. Called the facility and they sent us a shuttle. We were early but they had a room ready for us after we had lunch. The listing says there is one pool. There's one or two pictures listed that show a spa. There is NO spa. Just one pool like the listing says. Continental breakfast was lovely. They had a regular size waffle and one that made 4 tiny waffles. Very cool. Also they had more than just "regular" waffle flavors. I very much liked that variety.

This is a single night stay if even. The staff was EXTREMELY rude. Never met a nice employee there. They were quick to shoo you away. I can deal with the condition of the rooms as they were not terrible, but the staff sheesh, no thanks. Will not stay again.
