With 2 spacious living rooms, a private heated pool, outdoor dining area, and lake backdrop, you'll feel right at home in this tranquil oasis. Only 15 min from Deerfield & Pompano Beach and piers. Also conveniently close to Boca Raton & Ft Lauderdale.

The living room features plush seating and a smart TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. If you need to work or study remotely, there's high-speed WiFi throughout the house to keep you connected. There are 4 queen beds in the 3 spacious bedrooms all equipped with a smart TV.

The fully stocked kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample cabinet space, making it easy to whip up delicious meals for your entire group. Enjoy a meal together in the large dining area, which includes a huge dining table and plenty of seating for everyone.

The backyard is a true oasis, complete with a beautiful heated pool, an outdoor dining table, and a patio grill, perfect for alfresco dining and relaxation. The backyard also backs up to a large lake, providing a tranquil atmosphere.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer, ensuring that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Pool maintenance is done every Friday morning around 6am. He will enter the pool area through the backyard. No access to the house is required.

Lawn maintenance is done bi monthly and may occur during your stay. Only outdoor yard access will be required.

All good. Pool at 83 degrees is welcoming. Golf channel and NHL live were important to us. Perhaps have the sewage system check. There were smells and signs of overflow It was our second time and we will be back

Tolles Urlaubserlebnis

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen, erholsamen Urlaub in dem Objekt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, gut eingerichtet, gemütlich und wohnlich. Wir haben uns gleich alle wie zu Hause. Den Außenbereich mit Pool und der Terrasse haben wir viel genutzt. Die Ausstattung bietet alles für einen tollen Urlaub: -gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem was man braucht. -Grill für Barbecue -Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten -Waschmaschine und Trockner Vorhanden zur Nutzung waren auch Stühle, Sonnenschirm und Kühlbox für Strandtage. Stand-Spielsachen unseres 3jährigen haben wir da gelassen. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern war ebenfalls stets sehr freundlich und angenehm. Mit den Rohrleitungen hatten wir keinerlei Probleme, da wir den Hinweisen gefolgt sind. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
