As you enter this 2 story estate you are greet by an oversized living room that opens to an expansive living area with den, dining area and wet bar for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances .The bedding consists of 1 King and 1 Queen on the upper level and 1 King, 2 Queens and 2 twin beds on the lower level. Clients can enjoy the ultra red sauna !

What a lovely home but sadly it needs a lot of TLC. First day 4 out of 5 TV’s had to be replaced which took a couple of days. Fortunately for us the repair person was kind and professional. There are too many items to list that didn’t work. It looks beautiful in the pictures and as the add says, there is plenty of wear and tear. I do have to say it was clean other than the carpeting, spots everywhere. We made the best of it and had a nice time but overpriced for the condition of the house. I actually felt bad that such a beautiful home needed so much repair.

This is a beautiful and unique waterfront home with a lot of character. It was clearly a luxury property when it was built, and many original features still reflect that, including the spacious layout, central air conditioning, a built-in whole-house audio system (no longer operational), and a vintage home theater. While the house could benefit from some updating and maintenance, it remains an impressive place.One of our favorite parts was the beautiful canal view. Watching the yachts pass by and seeing the impressive boats docked behind the neighboring homes created a wonderful South Florida atmosphere.When we arrived, we found a few cleaning and maintenance issues. However, after contacting Yuliya, she responded immediately. Her property manager quickly sent a team to the house, replaced all the stained bed linens, washed the blankets, and addressed the cleaning concerns. We really appreciated how professionally everything was handled.Our family traveled from Uruguay for the FIFA World Cup, and this home became the perfect place to relax and enjoy time together. Yuliya was always kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Disclaimer: the host was great! I had concerns regarding high locks on doors with pool access due to having small kids. We found an alternative that worked.As for the house, it just needs upgrades and die maintenance. It’s like the house is frozen in time. Since it was built in 1989, the only updates were the refrigerator and dishwasher. The house still has the original intercom system installed. If it were 1995 it would have been great! But the nostalgia is not worth the price.
