All new appliances including dishwasher. Toaster and coffee maker included for your convenience. Master bedroom has stunning attached bathroom, with second guest bath next to 2nd bedroom. All top quality furnishings, you’ll never want to leave. Includes office desk and chair. Condo looks out on the beautifully manicured lawns and the community swimming pool. Laundry room available in the building. Just off Atlantic Blvd in Pompano Beach. 5 minutes to the beach, with Publix grocery store right across the street. Reserved parking space right outside the door. You won’t find a nicer condo in the area, which is undergoing a transformation by the city of Pompano Beach. New Casino is 5 minutes west, and the beach is 5 minutes east. Perfect for getting away from the dreary northern winters. Minimum rental is 90 days and requires name to be submitted for background screening by condo association. Only available for rental November through April, per condo by-laws.

Beautiful, Peaceful & Conveniently Located

This apartment is just as the pictures show - wonderfully renovated & tastefully decorated! The kitchen is a cook’s dream - lots of space & storage. The apartment is across the street from the grocery store, close to Hwy 95, and about 2 miles from the beach. The property owner was very responsive, flexible & generous. I look forward to returning!

Excellent property

The apartment was spotless and brand new after a complete renovation with new everything. This apartment is way better than what you would expect from the photos in the listing. It’s spacious and bright with a lot of natural light from the large windows in each room. The complex itself caters mainly for slightly elderly residents and therefore it’s nice and quiet. Communicating with the owner and the property managers was easy and responsive without delays. Five stars all around!
