The rooms were cleaned but there was a smell that I didn't like. Breakfast was good but, could be better. The room where you get your food it's too small and you are bumping with each other. The terrace where you eat is nice.

Room was okay. First night there was no hot water. The shower was terrible. Very little water came out! There were lots of towels. I didn't need room service. First morning the security lock malfunctioned and I couldn't get out of the room The maintenance guy told me not to use the security lock because he couldn't repair it. I felt safe even without it Hotel could be better maintained.

It was clean and within walking distance of the Beach. The only thing is the Palms is the name of the Building not the actual hotel which is called Hollywood which we thaught we where t the wrong place. It was another resident which walked us to the office which the GPS address seems to drop us off at another named location on another parrelle street. Other then that It still gets a 5 star, they just need bigger and clear signs as to where to find the office and the different buildings with other names.
