The space
The home is spacious and inviting, the ultimate location for those traveling to Fort Lauderdale to be near the beach, Las Olas Riverwalk and Downtown. (Just 15 Minutes / 5 miles from FTL airport)

Plenty of natural light coming in from the multiple large windows and glass doors. There is great closet space, privacy locks and equipped with black-out shades on all windows, as well as independent climate control in each bedroom for your comfort.

You will find a total of 4 smart TV's for your enjoyment, one being in the game room area next to the billiards/ping-pong/table adjacent to the pool area. We've carefully curated the furniture and artwork to nurture a fun and contemporary mixed with Wynnwood wall mural art inspiration all throughout the home.

If you love cooking with your family, this is the home for your vacation. The large kitchen allows for a great cooking experience with your loved ones. You will find a variety of pots and pans as well as other cooking tools.

The large dining table and counter seats 12 and the outdoor table seats 8. There are a great number of dishes available to fulfill your needs.

Gas BBQ in the backyard, to let the grill master inside you shine. In the FL sun room adjacent to the pool, you will also find a pool/ping-pong table and seating sectional to provide you comfort and the perfect vacation. The oversized pool is positioned to receive sun all day. Sunbathe on one of the lounge chairs while sipping on your favorite drink.

Back inside, you will find a 2 separate lounge and living spaces, great for families with children and entertaining.

These individual living rooms are equipped with a large and comfortable couches and TVs for families to be able to spread out. Enjoy the relaxing ambience while you watch a movie on the smart wall-mounted TVs or hook-up your favorite video games.

This home includes all your basic necessities to help you travel comfortably. These basic necessities include towels, bed linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, dish soap, kitchen trash bags, laundry detergent, hair dryer, iron, tissues, paper towels, and toilet paper.

The bedrooms feature comfortable sleeping arrangements with down comforters and cotton duvets. Each bedroom has a smart TV, closet, night stands and independent climate control air conditioning. One of the guest rooms has a large office desk to accommodate work time and a sofa bed.

This home is located on one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the area, very laid back residential quiet street. Surrounded only by multi million dollar single family homes.
