A few things about this house. The pictures do not match the space. We had 8 women stay in this house - which did fit fine. And the pool/dock were wonderful. However, these AI rendered pictures give you a false sense of newness to the property that was not a reality. I think if we paid half the price for this property we would have been more content. (Especially since it was still off season!) Water damage in nearly every room, enough dust to make a sand castle, ripped sheets, and it looked like the kitchen was stocked by my college aged brother. Now with enough sunshine and a few drinks the space was "just fine." Communication with the host was wonderful- I just wished for more accuracy in the listing. Fire pit in the back yard is 1/4 the size the one in the picture- and same with the dinning room.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Pros:The location on the canal is lovely, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like having laundry detergent, sunscreen, and bug spray available.Cons:Unfortunately, the home needs a very deep clean and quite a bit of TLC. We barely used the pool because ducks frequently swim in it and leave droppings, which didn’t feel sanitary. The hot tub was also dirty. There was a noticeable moldy smell throughout the house, especially when opening the kitchen cabinets. Overall, the condition of the home did not match the photos. Given the price tag and compared to other rental homes in the area, this did not feel like a good value. At about half the price, it would have felt more reasonable.
