Nice place to stay for a few days

This was a one night stay so I didn’t get to use the amenities which were offered. The unit is had was clean, good size, well maintained but a bit dated. The reception staff were all professional and personable. The grounds were well maintained. I would definitely stay there in the future.

Our room was dirty, floors weren’t swept and found someone’s broken acrylic nail and used band aid near bed stand. Need to do a better job in cleaning floors. Carpet in bedroom had ketchup stains. Found hair near tub doesn’t belong to us when we first entered the room.

Supervisor enter the condo without knock the door

All was good ..but this morning 9:10 am we still packing for leave hotel at 10am..the supervisor open the door without knock and enter the condo. . and my husband say to him u need to knock before enter. That's no good . Husband was very disappointed.. All it's ok cimdi clean pool super too. We stay in flamingo 1 building room 308 A

Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed our stay. The room was a bit dated, but it was clean. The property is a little confusing when trying to find the main building to check in. We got a little lost and asked the staff of the building we were near for help. They were rude and laughed at us, but the staff inside the main building were very kind. The mattress was on the firmer side which I prefer, but I don't think most people would like that. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we'd come back when we have more time to spend on site to fully enjoy the facilities.

The property is family friendly. The rooms are a bit dated but I enjoyed the amenities and my kids enjoyed access to the park and the pools. The major shops and the mall were nearby. I’m sure I’ll visit again.

Poor living conditions

The microwave wasnt working and the toilet bowl was leaking. The bathroom floor was constantly wet. Television remote not working. No ice maker in the refrigerator.

The check in was nightmare but the stay was ok

The stay would have being better if the check in good but it was at all. I called the hotel to add my boyfriend on the reservation because I was late. They never did. I spoke with Hotel.com. They added the name but for some reason Bonaventure did not receive it. My boyfriend lost more than 2 hours at the front desk. When I finally came around 5am, the lady said the stairs are not avaible. When I reserved I speacialy ask for a room 1st or 2nd floor because i'm claustophobia so I dont take elevators. So we spent another hour at the front desk to finaly find that the is fire stairs I can use but at 1st place the lady told me to change the resort to go aklt Weston vacation village. But they wasnt able to make the changes.
