Located under 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Beach, Las Olas Boulevard, Downtown and the airport, this home perfectly balances peaceful waterfront living with city convenience.

Citrus Waterfront Bungalow accommodates up to 9 guests total, including children (maximum 6 adults over age 13).

• Inviting living room with generous seating, including a pull-out queen and a pull-out twin sofas. Various books and games available to enjoy.

**Important notes**
There is a boat at the dock. A full-time crew services it using a private side entrance only. They do not enter guest areas and are respectful of your privacy. The boat is **strictly off-limits** to guests.
There is a private Jet Ski at the dock far edge which is rarely used. The Jet Ski is also **strictly off-limits** to guests.
**Location & neighborhood**
Quiet, upscale residential area near Davie Boulevard bridge. Guests are expected to be respectful of the property. neighborhood, and neighbors.
**Host support**
Your Hosts are available daily 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, with emergency support when needed.
**House rules & booking details**
• Primary renter must be 25+
• Reservation must list exact number of guests
• **Maximum occupancy: 9 guests total / 6 adults (over 13)**
• After the 6th guest, a $50 per night per guest fee applies
• Pet-friendly with approval ($150 non-refundable fee per pet)
• No parties, events, or street parking.
• Observe city noise ordinance .
**Check-in & checkout**
Standard: 4:00 PM check-in / 10:00 AM checkout
Early check-in or late checkout available upon request (24h notice recommended, subject to fees/availability).
