This house is a waterfront estate completely remodeled for peace and relaxation. We completely renovated this home in 2016. The house is always immaculate. This home has a completely open floor plan with stunning new windows & waterfront views for your vacationing pleasure.

The paradise villa offers the real comforts of home for 10 to 12 people. It has (3) Master Bedroom Suites with King Size Beds/Full Baths. The (4)th bedroom has two sets of Bunk Beds (Full size beds on the bottom & Twin Beds on the top) Full Bath and Walk-in closets.

You will perfectly feel at ease thanks to a big opened living space with plenty of seating and a new 70" TV. A completely remodeled contemporary kitchen with modern appliances and (2) refrigerators/ice makers for your entertaining pleasure, big dining room (table of 8 people) and massive island with additional seating for (4).

Everything is made to take advantage of the stunning Florida climate in an atmosphere of tropical gardens, large palm trees in its luxuriant vegetation with its water view. The patio, a big space welcomes you , with a beautiful large heated swimming pool and (5) chaise lounges with a massive umbrella to keep you protected from the Sun. A new outdoor BBQ is ready for your entertaining and outdoor dining pleasure.

The home is big, bright, and airy. Beautifully landscaped and excellent pool and hot tub. The views off the canal were stunning and the home came complete with everything needed to really relax and enjoy yourself. The house was immaculate. Every bedroom had a bathroom. The beds were comfortable with the exception of the bunk beds, my 27 year old son said it was too hard. The living room had just enough seating for my family of 6 to be comfortable. The kitchen was a chef's dream with every appliance you could ask for. 3 coffee makers and 2 full sized refrigerators. Our host Collette was a sweetheart and the property manager Jamie was very attentive, she went out of her way to make us comfortable. The pool and hot tub are the star of the show! We were in it everyday. The outdoor BBQ and huge table for 8 was where we ate most of our meals. The home is located with close proximity to the beach, stores & fabulous restaurants. I would highly recommend this property!

The house was fantastic. Clean, well equipped, very well decorated. It has a great pool and outside patio. It also had the little extra's like beach chairs, rafts for the pool, plenty of towels & blankets and a working gas grill.

We had a great time at this VRBO. Location was wonderful and the home was gorgeous. We had a wonderful family vacation! Pool and hot tub were great. However, the only note I would like to point out is that none of the outdoor furniture matches the pictures on VRBO. That should be updated.

Amazing all together !
