No one came around to empty trash the four days we were there. It was difficult to get fresh towels and wash cloths. We left for a little while to come back to the parking lot being paved without any prior notification. We had blacktop stuck to our shoes and it bouncing off our car.

The Desk Manager, Ricardo Díaz, was an amazing host and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortably set. The room was very clean and tidy, everything was very comfortable.
