It is in walking distance to Mark Twain's Mississippi River. There are parades here, there are band concerts in the parks, and lots of events happening every week. Churches galore. You are around the corner from downtown that features a movie theater, the Arts Center, a popular coffee shop (Swed & Co.), a wine bar, a craft brewery, a new bookstore, and the most popular consignment shop in the region, along with other interesting shops.
