Welcome to My Carolina Stay's latest furnished rental in Fort Mill, SC! Minimum of 14 day stay. This is a ground level 1 bedroom/1 bathroom approved furnished apartment. King bedroom with double vanity hall bathroom. Large kitchen with ample storage. Amazing on site amenities include an outdoor, seasonal pool and 24 hour access gym. Washer/Dryer are in unit as well as a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs.
Guests will be sent a key code to the smart lock 3 days prior to check in.
We operate best by messaging through the airbnb app as we have multiple eyes on this account to make sure someone responds quickly to any questions or concerns.
We are an approved host in this apartment complex to provide furnished 14 day stays or longer.
Car is best for getting around.
We require a copy of drivers license and a criminal background check to stay on the grounds - we need two business days before your stay to complete these items. If bringing your pet, it must be approved with a copy of their vet records, picture, and $200 non refundable pet fee. *We do ask to sign a rental agreement and we utilize a security deposit hold before all stays to prevent blatant disregard for house rules Thank you!
