When booked did not state $100 refundable fee when checking out added late at night, had to have 3rd floor room with pet requested 1st not many people their disappointing, carpet was very dirty rest of room clean, difficulty with given instructions finding ice machine after asking twice in am, morning breakfast was just being set up when leaving so don't know, lastly when checking out front desk lady said $100 refundable fee wasn't going to be refunded once checking out but later possibly I'm writing review two day later still pending on card. Total time at hotel less than 6 hours.

Room was clean, staff friendly. BUT the pool was shut down. We rented two room so we could take grandkids swimming, since it was below 0 outside, we thought that would be a nice weekend. Should have mentioned this when i booked our rooms. Sunday breakfast i was expecting better, but it was the usual, but even less selection than the usual weekday breakfast. So it was a little bit of a let down.

Check in was well, however did not state pool was closed for maintenance. Room was large, clean and up to date. Large bathroom, well maintained, thick towels, great water pressure. Breakfast was pretty basic- cold/ hot cereal, waffles, yogurt, juice, milk, coffee tea, mini muffins. Lacking some fresh fruit.

Put up relocating employee who complained of unsanitary conditions in room including black mold. Was informed by staff that there was, in fact, no mold and that a refund would not be given for cancelled week because "they don't handle that." Will not be using property in the future.
