This beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom condominium has a serene view of the lagoon. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. You will never forget you are in Florida with the beautiful scenery and friendly quiet neighbors.

This condo also offers a pool and tennis/pickleball. It is situated in a quiet residential area in the Bay Village Complex on the south end of Fort Myers Beach. Close by is Santini Plaza and the beach! Santini Plaza is home to restaurants, shopping, and more.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.
