This property was bad, we asked for early check in but we're told the unit has not been inspected, poor inspection if it even happened at all. Arrived at 4:00 pm check in time.First coming to door for unit it was mildew and dirty. Open the door and the room smelled of mold and mildew.The pool area filthy, bird dropping all around pool deck and in pool. GROSS! Patio furniture dirty. The AC in room was set at 88 degress when we walked in, the unit on wall was full of mold. The dresser and end table smelled of mildew and the order when we opened drawers beyond breathable. The bathroom had rust along tub on the outside by floor and the drain area.Even though maintenance came to clean AC it still smelled moldy when on so we tried not to run it but opened the doors which had no screen, no screen on the only window in the small kitchen.Maintenance did come pressure wash deck and we told it would be finished the next day, never was completely cleaned. The pool people came but just dump chlorine tabs in pool but still had all the dirt on bottom of pool, unusable, not cleaned properly. This place is a health risk as we have asthma.We had to vacate property and find a new place to stay for our two week vacation. The rental agency never contacted us after we asked for a full refund due to conditions at the property.
