Dolphins and Water Views from L’Amour Coastal Condo with Sugar Sand Beach!

You came to our sweet patch of paradise for the sun, the beach and the incredible, breathtaking view and at L’Amour Coastal Condo you’ve found it!!
Step on the balcony in the evening and be immersed in the waterfront tranquil sunset view of Gulf of Mexico or early risers are enthralled by the magnificent sunrises. Throughout the day you’ll be entertained by the antics of bird life, stingrays or passing dolphins. When not taking in the views from the balcony then soak in the sun at our private sugar sand beach or lounge by the heated pool.
L’Amour Coastal Condo is decorated in soft and pleasing coastal colors of teal/aqua and coral from the new bedspread to the quintessential nautical aqua striping on the walls. You'll be immersed in that rest and refreshed coastal feeling. The Coastal Cottage furniture graces the bedroom along with original artwork. Artwork in the kitchen includes a kitchen back splash original mural with Sea Turtle. Kitchen cabinet knobs I've painted in starfish, crabs and sea horse designs. Every detail has been considered from aqua colored black out window drapes for your sleeping comfort to the lift top coffee table in the living room for additional relaxed dining and cable TV viewing. The kitchen counter has seating for two with an extra stool in the bedroom plus the bistro set on the balcony is another dining spot with the jaw dropping views.
We thought of the little things. You'll find salt and pepper and probably a bunch of other stuff like coffee w/filters that will help start your vacation off on the right foot. The condo is amply stocked with palm tree design dinnerware, wine glasses, nice flatware, Kuerig and regular coffee pot, pots and pans, storage ware for your leftovers, bake ware, utensils, mixer, blender, crock pot, toaster and full size appliances plus an apartment size dishwasher. Dish soap provided along with dishwasher tabs for the new dishwasher. You’ll find shampoo and conditioner along with other items for your convenience.
Along with black out drapes, coastal king bedspread on the adjustable bed, original artwork and tasteful paint there are 2 new air conditioners-one in living area and one in the separate bedroom as well as a ceiling fan in the kitchen for added air circulation. What a great way to watch a little TV in the bedroom relaxing in your raised adjustable bed. When its time to settle down for the night with a good book, for your convenience we’ve added wall mounted modern long neck reading lamps on each side of the bed.
We do allow for 3 guests. Fee is $30/day for additional guest (third guest). There is a comfortable sofa that is one long cushion. When you remove the back pillows you have an approximately 5’8” single bed. Bedding including mattress pad provided for the sofa.
The bathroom has a tub and shower combo. Bath or shower…we got you covered. The hot water is instant with our tank less water heater. You’ll appreciate the flow of the shower head. Towels are soft and clean. There is a large closet in the bathroom for beach supplies and other things you need stored. This, in addition to a full length mirrored door in the bathroom.
If you packed light and need to do a load there is a new laundry room with credit card operated washer/dryers on the lobby entry level. Guests can use rolling carts to carry luggage or laundry.
We make it convenient and easy for our guests to access L’Amour Coastal Condo at LKBC by using keyless entry for self check in. Shortly before your arrival we send codes for the gate, lobby area and L'Amour Coastal Condo and lots of detailed info for an easy self check in. There is also a notebook on the counter with lots of good info regarding your stay and easy self check out.
The crystal clear pool is heated but currently the spa is unavailable as it needs repairs due to the hurricane. Relax on the loungers pool side or use one of our loungers to take to the beach front.
****IMPORTANT PLEASE READ****Our L'Amour Condo did not suffer any damage from Hurricane Ian. All damage was the lower level and first couple of floors.
The new bridge is OPEN!! From our view from the balcony and living room you do not fully see the bridge. You can look around the corner to the West to see it.

As a guest of this condo, you'll find an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and an arcade/game room. This condo also features laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Fort Myers Beach condo is smoke free.
