When we arrived the door was opened. It was 9:30 at night and the lights would not turn on with the switch. There was not any stores, eating areas or fun things to do. There was just a beach and a pool. No activities, no fun things to do, nothing

Our condo was not clean. We had no "ocean view" like we were told. They said the sunsets from our balcony were beautiful. The sunset is on the other side of the building (where we believed we would be)! This was the worst place we have ever stayed. Everytime we.had to take the elevators, it was frightening.

The condo was nice and comfortable but basic kitchen supplies were lacking. No salt and pepper shakers, no tin foil or plastic wrap etc. We were not informed that major construction was going on leading to excessive noise and mess everywhere. Would have liked to be informed that the pool was not in working condition. No one was in the office when we arrived. Had to get information from other residents to know what to do about parking. I understand that the area has gone through extreme devastation, I just would have appreciated advanced notice of the issues.
