WEEKLY VACATION RENTAL AT BEACH FRONT TIME SHARE ON FT. MYERS BEACH, FL Week 17 (APRIL 25-MAY 2, 2020) and Week 19 May 9-16) at the beautiful beachfront Bel Air Beach Club in Ft Myers Beach, FL. Timeshare week we can't use this year.
Everything you need for a great beach vacation. Prime location - Just south of and in walking distance of FMB Pier and Time Square shopping and restaurant mecca. This 2 BR, 2BA, sleeps 6 adults,
Master has Queen bed,huge walk in master closet that can accommodate a full size blow up mattress for the little ones you want close but with thier own space.
Second bedroom two twins that can come together or remain separate, pull out sleeper in living room. full kitchen in unit. TV with cable in every room.
Full size kitchen and full size washer and dryer in unit. Beautiful screened veranda with tables and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. Step out onto the beach, with both a covered and open decks, wet bar and BBQ gas grills. Outdoor shower and bathrooms let you keep your unit sand free. Heated pool with tables, chairs and shade! .Private, beautiful, safe beach area where you will always see a dolphin frolicking in the water, with community beach chairs, bikes, beach towels, and full refrigerator on patio to keep you drinks ice cold.
Office has books, movies, games to borrow and share. Full free WIFI. Lovely, small, very well cared for property with 24hr management. One parking space per unit. $500 deposit due at time of rental. Full payment 30 days prior to check in. Check ins are Saturday after 3 but arrive early, store your luggage and make yourself at home on the beach or exploring Time Square. Our favorite is a trip to the Pier Restaurant for Beach Bread and and Margarita to kick off vacation. Trolly runs the length of island and off island as well. Check out is Saturdays by 10am.
