Personally hosted by Paul & Alicia of Dancing Palms Vacations, this stylish coastal home offers a brand-new experience with a spacious lanai and backyard—just a 5-minute walk to the sugar sand beach. Start your morning with coffee on the covered front porch, enjoying Gulf breezes. Relax by the heated pool, fire up the Blackstone grill, play cornhole, or lounge in cozy outdoor seating. End the day with a sunset stroll or short drive to local bars and restaurants. (FMB permit 25-0053)
The Space:
The entrance to the house is up a level of stairs, with a midway landing that leads to the covered front porch. Inside is an open concept living room/kitchen /dining space. The master bedroom has a King, second bedroom has a queen, third bedroom has 2 full beds. There is a pull out sofa in living. There are 2 bathrooms, one is shared. The backyard has a large covered patio lanai area next to heated pool with plenty of seating for both dining and separate lounging, and shade all day. We have covered parking for 2 cars plus 2 more uncovered.
Guest Access:
The entire property except locked owners closet, attic and storage closet(parking level).
Other Things to Note:
The free Fort Myers Beach open air Tram can be accessed near the Public Library during operating hours. The library is a short 8 - 10 minute walk from the house. The Tram can take you to town with shopping, restaurants, bars, and ice cream shops.
