Gulf View Getaway is the perfect vacation spot for you and your family. Located at Sandarac on the South end of Fort Myers Beach you can find plenty of things to see and do, Lovers Key State Park is just a 15 minute car ride, here you will find multiple things to do, kayaking, canoeing, nature trails, bicycling, fishing and much more. At the North end of the Island you will find Times Square, there you will find plenty of bars, restaurants, shopping, and boat tours.
Gulf View Getaway is a luxury condo that sits right on Fort Myers Beach, it features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This beautifully decorated condo has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico where you can watch the gorgeous Florida sunsets or dolphins frolicking in the waters. Gulf View Getaway has a 30-day minimum stay.
Gulf View Getaway offers a spacious floor plan. Upon entering the condo, you will see the amazing kitchen, featuring gorgeous granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room, dining room and kitchen area makes it easy for everyone to gather around together after spending the day at the pool or the beach. You can sit at the breakfast bar while catching up on some emails or watch the chef in the family prepare meals, or just relax on the comfy sofas while watching some TV. There is plenty of room at the spacious dining room table to enjoy your meals at or perhaps you would like to have your meals out on the lanai while capturing the beautiful view.
Both bedrooms are stunning!! The master bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of dresser space for all your belongings. It also has a TV for you to unwind with at the end of your busy days. The master bathroom is exquisite with a beautiful glass walk-in shower, granite top vanity with ample space for you to get ready for a night on the town. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed and a twin bed with plenty of closet and dresser space. It also has a TV for your entertainment. The guest bathroom also features a glass walk-in shower and granite top vanity with plenty of storage for your personal belongings. Just off the kitchen you will find the laundry room.
Outside you will find the delightful heated pool to lounge in while catching some Florida rays. There is plenty of seating for all to enjoy.

Great location and condo!

The condo was well appointed and had everything as advertised. The location on the the south end of FMB is perfect - gulf, views, sunset!

Fabulous Condo

We highly recommend this condo - The open floor plan and great lighting makes the living area awesome-great view. The beds and bedding were very nice. The kitchen had good cookware and dishes/flatware. Unit is right off the elevator so very convenient. Overall great place to stay. Downside, the beach is very wide here, so if you are limited mobility, not a place to go to the beach as after big rain, "ponds" form on the beach between building and the water. About a 150+ yard walk. Also, on Friday and Saturday, the live music from the hotel restaurant next door is a significant part of the experience on the lanai.

Can't go wrong staying here

My wife and I spent a wonderful five weeks here with zero complaints. Foremost, it is a modern, spacious, well-equipped and comfortable unit. Excellent furniture. There are no surprises. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. The location is perfect, right on the beach where you can sit on the lanai and watch the sunset with your preferred libation. It's also a great spot for a quiet, lingering morning coffee. Long walks on the sand are right out your door. The complex is located about four miles south of the Ft. Myers beach pier, which keeps you a safe distance from the mayhem. A Publix supermarket is just two miles away. Several restaurants nearby. Lisa was an excellent host, attentive to our requests, which were minor because we didn't need much in such a nice place.
