Bring your shorts and soak up some wonderful Florida sunshine while walking miles down the beach listening to waves and watching dolphins, coastal birds and our magnificent, world famous sunsets. You can take a dip in your resort sized heated pool or rent a boat from the nearby marina and go fishing!

This FANTASTIC 7th Floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath beachfront vacation condo at the Terra Mar Complex is a beautifully remodeled condo with a million dollar view. The open floor plan at Terra Mar 704 greets you with lots of sunlight streaming through the glass doors. The entire condo has been remodeled and decorated with coastal flair. Even the comfy reclining sofa and loveseat in the living room are there to make your stay enjoyable. The living/dining area makes it easy for everyone to hang out together after spending the day on the beach. Everyone can relax comfortably watching their the large Flat Screen TV with streaming service (please note - there is no cable TV).

The Kitchen makes it easy to stay and cook and save money by eating in. Newly remodeled with new cabinets and appliances - including that oh so important dishwasher - this fully equipped Kitchen makes it all a pleasure. Dinnerware, cookware, and tableware are all provided. Dining Table for 4.

Both bedrooms are lovely! There's the Master Bedroom featuring a comfortable Queen Sized Bed, its own TV, a beautiful beach view from the window and a full Master Bath. The newly remodeled Master Bath En Suite includes double vanities and a fabulous Walk In Shower. The Master Bedroom also has a Walk In Closet. The Guest Bedroom also has a Queen Sized Bed and its own TV. The Guest Bath, also newly remodeled with double vanities, is right next door and offers a Walk In Shower.

There's even a full sized Washer and Dryer (no need to go home with dirty clothes!). This lovely vacation home has been stocked with loads of beach towels, and two beach chair! For your convenience, there's FREE WIFI in the condo (yes, you can work remotely), building elevator, and ample on-site parking.

We've saved the best for last - Terra Mar 704 boasts a magnificent, million dollar view of the Gulf enjoyed from your beautiful, 7th Floor Screened In Lanai. Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open late 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again.
