As you step into Penthouse 6, you’ll be immediately captivated by the breathtaking bay and Gulf views. The open floor plan fills the space with fresh sea air and natural light, showcasing the stunning scenery from the penthouse level. After a day in the sun, relax in the comfortable king-size bed. A spacious armoire and custom-designed closet provide ample storage. The elegant bathroom features a large marble-lined walk-in shower and a glass tile floor. For your convenience, the unit includes free Wi-Fi, antenna and smart TV, building elevators, and ample on-site parking. Amenities include a private beach, waterfront BBQ and picnic area, a resort-style heated pool, a social room with a ping pong table, and on-site laundry facilities.
