If you are looking for a vacation spot that is within walking distance to the beautiful white sandy beach and the famous Times Square at the center of Fort Myers Beach but gives your own family a pool and lots of splendid outside space, you won't discover a greater ideal vacation rental than Paradise Palms, it has been fully renovated and ready for guests. You are just a quick stroll to the sandy white beaches of Fort Myers seaside and near wonderful shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

A few of the impressive features at Paradise Palms are the private pool, oversized deck, and the spacious yard. On the deck you will have a gas grill, a wrought iron patio table and six chairs, plus a relaxing hammock for those days you come back from the beach, and you want to unwind with a nice nap while enjoying the beautiful breeze from the Gulf of Mexico. You will no doubt enjoy many meals, sunsets, and family time, out on this glorious deck.

Once inside, you will notice an open concept living area that boasts a 65-inch wall mounted flat-screen television. You will love the big comfy couch to sit and relax on while watching your favorite TV show or delight in some family time. The dining room table has enough seating for all to enjoy family meals together.

The new kitchen features beautiful granite counter tops, all brand-new stainless-steel appliances, and all new cookware for the culinary chef in the family to show off their skills. The oversized island has plenty of room for you to prep your meals while the other guests sit around the island sipping on their favorite cocktail.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and plenty of closet space to keep your personal belongings in, just off the master bedroom is the master bathroom it features a large walk-in shower, dual sink vanity with granite counter-top and plenty of storage space to put all your bathroom essentials. Down the hall you will find the guest bedroom, here you will find a queen-size bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and enough space for all your clothes. The guest bathroom is shared with the household, and it features a large walk-in shower and a single sink vanity with plenty of space for your personal belongings. In the hallway between the bedrooms is a brand-new full size stackable washer and dryer for your convenience.

At Paradise Palms we also have the ideal little studio apartment on the lower level, it is the perfect place for your teenage children. This quaint little space has a king and queen size air mattress, full size bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a little kitchenette with a beverage cooler.

To access the studio apartment, you must go outside to the lower level by the pool area. The studio apartment is rented along with the main house; IT DOES NOT GET RENTED BY ITSELF. At Paradise Palms you will bask in the gorgeous Florida weather and spend wonderful family time in the backyard swimming in the majestic pool. THE POOL IS NOT HEATED.

This property does have a ring doorbell and ring camera in the backyard for added security.

Family Spring Break

Lisa (owner) was very responsive. We would stay again. The only thing I would add to the property is a heater on the pool. We were on Spring Break and the pool was too cold to use. Temps actually got kinda cool at night. Days were beautiful and sunny.

Beautiful home close to beach

Pro’s…This is a great house and looks exactly like the listing. Very clean and beds are super! It is very close to beach as well. You can see the gulf/beach from the house. It’s a great kitchen and I love that they keep pantry staples from prev guests, if you’re comfortable using them, which I was. There are 4 beach chairs.. Lisa was great and quick to respond. Con’s.. there are a lot of destroyed homes from hurricane Ian next to and behind this home.. this entire area has a long way to go. In addition there is a large 3 story home being built 4 feet from the house. It’s loud and every week day 8-4. Couldn’t be comfortable by pool during the day and that was a bummer because the pool was one of the reasons I chose this property.. The downstairs guest room had a very strange odor and the door/lock needs replacing. Lisa, again, was great and even sent a pic on how to maneuver it but it was so difficult we just didn’t use it. I wish I could have given this property 5 stars because the home itself is worthy of them!!

This is an Amazing property

We were in FMB with 30 other families. This house by far had the best yard pool and deck space of all of the houses of the group. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location was also perfect and close to everything we needed. If we come back the FMB we will be sure to book here! Thanks Lisa for everything!

Great Location

We loved this VRBO! Super close location to the ocean and beach as well as the main strip for our teenagers. We had trouble with the outside TV and Lisa came over and worked on it for two days. Coming back and swimming in the pool in the evenings was just what we needed. The only complaint I had was the basement bedroom was pretty musty. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Location!!

What a great home. Very nice, clean and so close to the beach. The pool should maybe be heated a little more. My kids said it was too cold to swim and we are from Minnesota. Great check in and out process. Good communication with host. We will stay here again.

Year End Vacation Stay in Fort Myers Beach

My family and I stayed at this location for several days around New Years. While the traffic on Estero island was significant that week, we had little use of the car since the property is located just a couple minute walk from restaurants, the beach, the local ice cream store, etc... The house was great - clean, updated, comfortable - complete with a grill and a beautiful pool. Lisa was great - she remained in communication with me throughout our stay, and quickly answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Fort Myers area.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this home. The location is perfect. Quiet street, a couple minute walk to the beach and within walking distance to Times Square. Lisa was great to work with. Publix is just down the street on Estero. We rented a golf cart from Sun and Fun Sports to ride around on. We will definitely stay here again.
