Situated on the turquoise waters of the Gulf and sugar white sands of Fort Myers Beach - one of the country's top 10 beaches - The Privateer offers you the perfect spot for your next relaxing getaway.
Privateer 200H is a coastal beauty of a condo on the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a modern, light filled, and an open floor layout with lots of island style! Newly remodeled, this condo has wood vinyl planking throughout and features a gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, glass tiled backsplash and new appliances, including that oh-so-important dishwasher to make your vacation a pleasant "home-away-from-home" experience.
The dining area has a beautiful, large table for six to accommodate home cooked meals or take out should you want to eat in. The living room offers comfortable seating for relaxing and watching your favorite shows on the huge flat screen TV. Think of sunshine and palm trees swaying in the breeze!
The spacious Master Bedroom is an En Suite with a comfortable King sized Bed, and its own wall mounted flat screen TV . The remodeled Master Bath has a Walk In Shower. The Guest Bedroom has a King sized Bed with Guest Bath next door with a tub/shower combo.
There is a STRICT no smoking, no pets policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. There is a designated smoking area outside. There is also an assigned parking spot 200. PLEASE NOTE: this condo is on the 2nd floor and there are NO ELEVATORS. For your convenience there is an on-site laundry room and ample on-site free parking.
The Privateer has a private pool for its guests where you can enjoy taking a cool dip, along with a sundeck with plenty of lounge chairs where you can just soak up the warmth of the sun. The tables around the pool are perfect for picnics or sunset dinners prepared on the BBQ gas grill. But best of all, you have the beach in your backyard! Seven miles of a big, clean, beautiful, safe beach where you can swim or walk for hours and see the dolphins play and enjoy the sea birds. End every day by having a seat at one of the benches at Privateer's sunset deck and watch gorgeous sunsets setting over the Gulf. Fort Myers Beach is famous for its breathtaking, world-famous sunsets, long white sandy beaches, shell collecting, boating, water sports and excellent fishing.
Beautifully landscaped with flowering tropical plants, The Privateer is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on the south end of Fort Myers Beach. The south end of the island is known for its relaxing and care free atmosphere, but still close to many shops, tiki bars, marinas, bike rentals, and restaurants.
Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer.
Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza will offer you shops, restaurants, bars and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
