Located just ONE BLOCK FROM THE BEACH in the highly sought-after Yacht Club area, this is the ultimate vacation and entertainment home!

Start your day with coffee on the private porch with a thatched tiki cover just outside one of the 4 bedrooms. Then move to the pool /lanai area for sunbathing, reading, and catching up on email with our high-speed internet. Or walk down to the large dock and take the kayaks for a gentle ride through the canals. Right next to the water, there is also another large tiki hut with comfortable seating for you to relax or fish.

Be sure to bike or walk to the only beach in Cape Coral. Enjoy the sandy beach area and the Boathouse Tiki Bar And Grill. This home provides a beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler, chairs, and a wagon to transport all your beach needs.

Late afternoon and evening retire to your own covered lanai area complete with TV and Netflix over the outdoor bar. Put a steak or some of Florida’s best seafood on the grill for dinner and then take a moonlight swim in the solar and electric heated pool.

Once inside you will find 4 bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa, and 3 bathrooms, great for extended families or friends traveling together. The fully equipped kitchen is in the middle of the home with a family room, dining room, and master bedroom on one side and a living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths on the other side. Privacy for all! 3 of the bedrooms have TVs with Netflix provided and there is a 60 inch TV in the living room with a TV Antenna and DVDs as well as a TV on the Lanai.

Boaters enjoy just a 3-minute drive to the Caloosahatchee River and a 10-minute drive to the Gulf of Mexico. Bring your own boat or rent one to cruise to nearby Sanibel and Captiva Islands or the many beaches nearby, including Fort Myers Beach.

This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, fully furnished with all the amenities you need for an easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, gas grill, etc., etc. This is a home away from home--just bring your swimsuit! The home is close to shopping, restaurants, beaches, and many nearby attractions. Many restaurants are nearby and I have a large booklet of places to go, menus, and things to do at the house. We loved the place! We enjoyed the pool, dock, kayaks, bikes. The bikes need some minor TLC, just some tightening of the handle bars and seats. We loved the privacy of split bedroom wings. Great vacation home in a very convenient location. Lots of great restaurants close by and a very short walk to the Yacht Club and fishing pier. Pool is very nice with nice lounge chairs and a dining table and bar with cable tv. Would definitely book this place again if coming back to Cape Coral!

Everything was pretty nice. There were a couple of things that needed attention. The kitchen sink handle kept falling off and there was an outlet in the bedroom that was probably hazardous. And the bathroom sink in the master suite was leaking. But none of those items took away from the awesomeness of the house. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The pool was clean and warm. We would definitely stay there again!

A Week in Paradise!

The location is perfect and quiet. The house provided everything that we needed for the week. There were a few minor issues but we were able to work around it. The view is great during the day and at night. There are restaurants, shops, and grocery stores just a short car ride away. We enjoyed using the umbrella, beach chairs, fishing poles, bicycles, and kayaks.

We had a great stay at this property! There is plenty of space and it is super close to the yacht club beach. I’m not sure how people get into the kayaks that are offered for the canals as there is a bunch of build up on the bottom of the ladder, but maybe they carry them to the beach to get into them? The pool was great!
