Tenants must complete a Leasing Form for the Condo Association that manages the building. Condo is ground floor, faces west with daily sunsets, 1 assigned parking space in front of unit, storage unit next to parking space for beach chairs and toys. Pool, tennis and paddle ball court, bocce court.
