The condo has two bedrooms with king size beds in each room and gorgeous high quality bedding. The community has everything you need for resort living including a resort style pool , a private beach area, pickle ball courts, fully equipped fitness facility and a pool bar and dining area including coffee shop. The condo has a beautiful view of preserve. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai. The condo comes with a fully loaded kitchen with white quartz countertops. Everything you need in a kitchen is provided. There is a dining area that can accommodate six and a countertop bar area that can comfortably fit five. You will enjoy the large entertainment area with sectional sofa. The condo also has a den with a sleeper sofa. There are three large screen TVs for your entertainment pleasure. This is a gated community. There is also another pool right across the street from condo. It’s like having a pool in your backyard. You will love the resort style features and amenities throughout the condo and community. The condo is located near Estero and Fort Myers -three minutes from Gulf Coat Town Center.
