Staff remembered me from a previous stay a while ago! I also had a problem with my room and I was immediately moved to a suite down the hall without asking. Everyone was wonderful including housekeeping! The hotel also smelled so good 24/7 I will be back on business in 2 months. I will always stay here when visiting Ft Myers 💕
