The house was perfect. It was everything that was posted. The pool was clean, kitchen had all necessary utensils to cook. The only comment about the kitchen would be the cooking pans were very worn. We cook alot rather than go out so we just bought cheap pans at Goodwill. But, I would not say that was a deal breaker at all. The place was awesome and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Everything about the house is perfect! Location is perfect for all beaches (we visited 13 during our stay). Beautiful pool area and plenty of room for 2 families to stay comfortably! Would recommend it to anyone! lol except for the week we book every year!

Awesome Vacation!

The house was beautiful well maintained and equipped with everything you may need. Great location, so close to the beach. Not far from Sanibel island. Plenty of room for 2 families to share. So many pluses… pool, washer and dryer, pool table. Putt putt golf many stores and restaurants near by. Walmart even delivers groceries to the front door. Only negative that was is it’s already booked for our vacation dates next year by someone else! Would give this place 10/10 and will definitely book again! Thank you Lydia for everything!best vacation ever!

Finding the right fit ..

First off I want to say that this owner was an amazing communicator and did everything she could to make my experience the best she could. We were in Ft Myers for a baseball tournament with two families (2 married couples, 5 teens 15-17 in age). Property said it slept 11 so with 9 we should be fine. We looked at the pictures, bedroom layouts, etc and decided this property would work. Price was fair for this time of year as well. Only a couple of reviews but both were positive so we booked. I messaged the owner as we were driving to Ft Myers (from TN) and said we would arrive around 3pm, would early check in be possible. The owner quickly responded and said she had a big group before us and required a lot of cleaning so likely not. No problems

Great Time!

Check in was very easy. House was clean. Lidiana was very responsive when we had questions or concerns. Location of the house was great. Close drive to beaches. The game room shed and pool were a big hit with my kids. Kitchen was missing a few things like a cutting board. We would definitely come back to this house!
