Guests enjoy access to eight lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, eight pickleball courts, scenic biking and walking trails, sparkling community pools with spas, and a newly renovated clubhouse featuring an elite fitness center. All of this is surrounded by the breathtaking 18-hole championship golf course designed by Gordon G. Lewis, which underwent a full renovation, completed in December 2025.

The Condo

Application Requirement: The condo association requires approval before all stays. Applications typically take 15–20 days to process, so bookings within 20 days of check-in cannot be accepted. There are 2 community association applications required for guests. The applications are included within the price of the rental. The third party application for background checks is a separate fee, payable when you apply. These applications are required by Colonial Country Club.

Please take all trash to the community dumpster. After exiting the front door, turn left and walk a short distance down the street—you’ll see the dumpster on your left.
Please ensure all blinds are closed and the sliding patio door is fully shut before you leave.
